Thank you for shopping with Élixir de Beauty. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery options, costs, and what to expect once you place your order.
1. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
- Selected international destinations (including Europe and the USA – subject to availability at checkout)
If your country is not listed at checkout and you would like to place an order, please contact us at contact@elixirdebeauty.com.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
3. UK Shipping
We use tracked delivery services such as Yodel, Evri, Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your location and order size.
UK Delivery Rates:
- Free UK standard shipping on orders over £40
- Orders under £40: £3.95 flat-rate tracked delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note:
- Import duties, customs charges, or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues beyond our control.
5. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
6. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your tracking link and any courier updates
- Then contact your local delivery provider
- If needed, email us at contact@elixirdebeauty.com
We consider a parcel lost after:
- 10 working days (UK)
- 20 working days (Europe)
- 30 working days (Rest of World)
In confirmed cases of lost deliveries, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incomplete/incorrect address
- Missed delivery and non-collection
We can re-send your order, but a re-delivery fee may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and any affected items.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, your full order will ship once all items are in stock.
If you would prefer to split the shipment, please contact us — extra delivery fees may apply.
