Return Policy Summary
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Free return shipping for all eligible UK returns
- No restocking fees
- Final sale, sample, and preview items are non-returnable
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
- You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website: https://elixirdebeauty.com
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Final sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Sample-sized items , Sample Products
- VIP preview or promotional preview items
- Any item that has been opened, used, or is no longer in its original packaging (due to hygiene reasons)
3. Free UK Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping within the UK.
To request a return:
- Email us at contact@elixirdebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
- Pack the item carefully and drop it off at your nearest courier point
International customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at contact@elixirdebeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check with your bank or payment provider
